1. Introduction

These terms and conditions govern your use of Hey Boiler's services and website. By booking a service or using our website, you agree to these terms.

2. Our Services

Hey Boiler Ltd provides heating and gas safety services across London, including boiler repair, boiler installation, gas safety certificates (CP12), electrical safety certificates (EICR), PAT testing, and emergency boiler breakdown services. All gas work is carried out by Gas Safe registered engineers.

3. Bookings and Pricing

All prices quoted are inclusive of labour and VAT where applicable. A fixed-price quote will be provided before any work begins. Prices may vary for complex jobs — any variation will be agreed with you in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee.

4. Our Guarantee

We provide a 12-month workmanship guarantee on all completed jobs. This does not cover damage caused by third parties, misuse, or issues unrelated to our work. Manufacturer warranties on parts and new boilers are subject to the relevant manufacturer's terms.

5. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of works unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, credit/debit card, and bank transfer. All card payments are processed securely.

6. Liability

Our liability to you shall not exceed the value of the services provided. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
